Shipping was four weeks and one day to the US west coast. Box came undamaged and well packaged. The foam around the helmet in the box is also well packaged. The helmet’s mask can open with both the transforming folding style and regular full faceplate opening style. It can be operated 3 different ways: by voice commands, by touching the ear panels, and with the included remote. The metallic hydraulic sound effects are a little loud, but you can silence the sounds with the remote. It comes with two sets of detailed instructions for voice commands and remote control instructions. You will need x4 AA batteries and x2 AAA batteries. Highly recommend this helmet for collectors.

Really disappointed in shipping. Box arrived damaged and was shipped using only bubble wrap. Not enough protection for cross Atlantic shipping! Needs to be shipped in another box. Luckily the person I got it for didn’t mind the damage.

Me even adults the helmet does not hold up too big so for an impossible children they should add cousin inside so that it can hold! Otherwise very beautiful and very well done but seems quite fragile

I live in Hawthorne and I was worried I wouldn’t get it, but I loved the shipping updates. IT CAME FROM CHINA, WENT THROUGH ROADS AND CROSSED THE SEAS, AND THEN IT SOARED THROUGH THE SKYS JUST TO LAND SAVE AND SOUND IN FRONT OF MY DOORSTEP.

First of all, the helmet is a pass…. A Marvel! Incredible…… the rest…. Nefarious… .. I asked for the gold and they send ME the silver one. The painful shipping service, (sometimes it said that it was in Spain passing customs and then put it out of China…. Let’s go…. Painful.
